Opening Sequence

Open chest over towel/blanket (5 min)
Virasana twist and stretch
Bhadda Konasana (bound angle pose
Down DogUp DogDown dog to up dog 5 times

Standing Postures

Triangle to open shoulders
Side Angle to open shoulders
Twisted Triangle to release waist and shoulders
Twisted Side Angle to release waist and shoulders
Head Stand Lead Up
Shoulderstand Lead up

Sitting Postures

Sitting Eagle (2x each side hold 5-7 breaths each side)
Sitting Cow Head Posture (2x each side hold 5-7 breaths each side)
Bharadvajasana I (Open twist with arm behind back)
Marichyasana III (Open twist with one leg straight and other leg bent-arms wrapped around bent leg)
Possibly Ardra Matsyendrasana I (intermediate twist)
Bhujangasana (cobra pose)

Closing Sequence

Beginning Pranayama (5-10 min in reclining position)
Savasana (relaxation 10 min)
Sit and chant 3 oms feel the resonance in the chest, neck and shoulder
