Parvatasana (virasana with arms over head stretching sides)
Parsva Virasana (twists to each side in virasana)
Baddha Konasana (bound angle pose-spread soles and let thigh bones grow, keep
errect)
Adho Mukha Savasana in middle of room and then on chair or ledge allowing front
to release
Supta Virasana (on bolster/blanket - bolster edge at kidneys)
Balasana (child's pose - knees wide apart belly resting on pad)
Viparita Dandasana (on chair or supta bandha sarvangasana (bridge) with block
supporting belt around thighs)
Janu Sirsasana (head to knee posture - use prop to release into posture)
Suptu Bandha Sarvangasana (on block or bolster-bolster as close to neck as possible
tie thigs)
Balasana (child's pose knees together, forehead on floor shoulder blades wide)
Pranayama Posture in Baddha Konasana (support thigs with belt, use blanket or
bolster, pad under head)
Adho Mukha Savasana (on ledge)
Viparita Karani (against wall - belt on thigs)
Upavista Konasana (with support under chest or use chair)
Pranayama Posture with legs straight
Savasana (use pad under knees if have back pain)
